Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Newly added or high-demand items can occasionally take a few extra days to process; if your order is delayed, we'll let you know by email.

Shipping rates and delivery
We currently offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the specific product ordered, since items ship from multiple fulfillment partners.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping delays
Occasionally, delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand. We'll do our best to notify you if we expect a significant delay on your order.

International shipping
We ship worldwide, and shipping is free to all destinations. Delivery to addresses outside the United States may take longer than the estimate above, depending on the destination and customs processing. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country; these are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or stolen packages
theeverestshop is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking information but reported as not received by the customer. Contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier where possible.
