30-Day Return Policy
We offer a full 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from damage not caused by us
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Digital products
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Email support@amigosshops.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any designated carrier location
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3�5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
